What You’ll Do:

Conduct in-home water quality tests (we’ll train you!) and explain findings clearly and professionally to homeowners.
Educate customers on the safety and long-term health impacts of water quality.
Propose customized solutions based on test results and help customers make informed decisions.
Follow up with leads, track appointments, and work closely with your team to exceed sales goals.

Must Have

A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Confidence in face-to-face conversations
Grit, coachability, and a growth mindset
Must be available to work evenings and weekends when homeowners are home
Strong desire to help others

Nice to have

Prior experience in sales or customer service
Bilingual (Spanish/English)
Familiarity with home consultation or field-based roles
Strong analytical skills
